UL electronic wires, wires and cables as the main carrier of power transmission, are widely used in household appliances, electrical equipment, lighting lines and other aspects, the quality of which directly affects the project quality and the safety of customers' life and property. Cheap wires, often many can not reach the performance of their products, there may be a lot of security risks to themselves. Wire production technology content is not too high, the raw materials are not too different, low-cost wire, either is shoddy, or the quantity is not enough.

Some of the UL wires on the market are cheap, some are expensive, and there are many kinds of them. How can we distinguish them?

1. Open the package and look at the bottom of the wire. The wire with the national standard of 1.5-6 square meters requires a thickness of 0.7 mm (refers to the insulation thickness). If it is too thick, it is not standard. The corresponding inner core is definitely not enough. Just pull the wire. Generally speaking, the wire that is not easy to tear is consistent with the national standard.

2、 Look at the inner core, the higher the brightness of the inner core material (copper), the better copper, and its luminosity is uniform, glossy, and has no sense of hierarchy. According to the national standard, the inner core must be made of oxygen free copper. Non standard products such as black rod copper may have potential accidents.

3、 Look at the packaging, the national standard wire is often done better, regular, hand up has a sense of quality.

4、 Check the length: the state does not have to force the unit meter on the wire. There are many manufacturers in the market who will mark the unit meter. It is not necessarily the national standard to mark the unit meter.

5、 Burn one time with fire, leaving the wire that can subside within 5 seconds after the war will have certain flame retardant function. This wire is the national standard line.

6、 According to the national standard, relevant marks must be marked every other distance on the wire, and the maximum distance should not exceed 500mm. The logo usually has the product trademark, manufacturer's name, executive specifications, etc.

7、 The internal core thickness national standard has certain requirements, but it is not very strict, but it will not be very bad, only a little bit, there are always errors that can not be seen with the naked eye.
