The sampling batch is set as one sample per 20kmul extension line. If there are unqualified items in the sample, double quantity shall be selected to recheck the unqualified items. If there are still unqualified items, 100% inspection shall be carried out.

Preparation before production

1.1 clear the production task and lead the standard insulated core.

2 operation requirements

2.1 it is necessary for the operator to know the outer diameter and structure size of various standard insulation cores.

2.2 during the operation, it is necessary to lay the wires evenly, and adhere to a certain expansion force, so as to prevent the wire core from being loose, disordered and broken on the cable laying machine.

2.3 install two, three or four different colors of reels on the UL extension cord plug of the cable laying machine, and install the take-up reel on the shaft in the winding direction.

2.4 assemble the cable core and pass through the shaft hole of the cable laying machine.

2.5 when cable is finished, it is necessary to check the pitch of cable before it can be put into production.
